- Needs Assessment & Grant Research Cover the initial needs assessment, the development of a list of grant prospects, and project proposals that include an action plan, a deadline for completion, and a framework for writing grant applications.
- Grant Proposal Writing Encompasses the letter of intent, proposal development, planning, and writing, as well as submission.
- Additional Services Include sustainability, annual budget or program budget development, and program development.
Fee Structure Defined:

- Hourly rate – A deposit is required to get things started, and the remaining amount is due before the finished product is released.
- Flat fee per project – Based on the complexity of the proposal, the availability of information, and the amount of time we have to finish the assignment, there is a flat price per project. For flat-fee assignments, a 50% down payment is needed to get started, and the remaining 50% must be paid before the finished output is released. Only flat fee services for program planning and strategic planning are offered.
- Retainer – A monthly retainer payment is established under a retainer arrangement for a given number of hours. I conduct grant source research, notify the customer of grant prospects, create grant bids, press releases, and offer continuous guidance and consultation.
- Expenses – Cost + time is the standard billing method for all costs associated with assignments.
